Volunteers support our minimal core staff team in generating funds and providing facilities for charities and not-for-profit ventures. St Paul’s volunteers independently create and manage some events.
Roles for volunteers include entertainment, bar & kitchen staff, driving, cleaning, stage management, promotion, PR, accounts, maintenance, Trustee and Chairman. This unpaid team model joyful disciplined care for our community and environment. Volunteers are given priority when paid work opportunities arise.
Official voluntary roles such as Trustee and Chairman are changed regularly (maximum 5 year commitment) to ensure those with legal responsibility for sticking to our constitution and delivering the Trust’s aims put in the maximum possible time and effort during their term.
